Help! My ProNeuro Light needs repair!
From time to time, your ProNeuro Light may malfunction or need repair after warranty. In most cases, simple repairs will be covered by a small cost, however more severe problems may require higher repair cost.

Return/Refund Policy
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by ProNeuroLight.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Just call us @ 602-663-4808 and we will guide you through the process and even supply you with a return mailing label you can print out.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Items that are Returnable with Partial Refund
ProNeuro LLC does accept returns with a partial refun for the following items:
• Items that are opened or when the plastic container has been opened
• Any product more than 30 days after delivery
• Any product missing the serial number or UPC
Each of these are granted under an individual basis.
No returns will be accepted by ProNeuro LLC after the stated return period. After the return date deadline. A refund will be given if product is returned within the allotted time period and all materials, including the printed box and user manual, are returned clean, complete, undamaged, and in a resalable condition (including packaging, manuals, accessories, etc.- no marks, tears, scratches, or erasures).
There may be a reduction in the refund if we are unable to issue credit in the same manner as payment was made or if there is damage to the material listed above. We do not refund shipping costs, and if the product was purchased with a "free shipping" offer, that charge be deducted from the refund for the cost of the initial free outbound shipping.
Warranty Policy
ProNeuro LLC offers a 1 year limited, in-house manufacturer's warranty on all products. In special cases, ProNeuro LLC may extend beyond the 1 year manufacturer's warranty, but such cases must be handled individually. If the item is damaged due to obvious and/or gross neglect, or any other manner in which the product did not fail due to design and/or build, ProNeuro LLC. will still repair the unit if desired, but will contact the owner before repairs as a small service fee may be necessary. ProNeuro LLC will also repair units outside of warranty for a small service fee. Fee is dependent upon unit condition, and can only be judged at our location. We cannot give accurate quotes over the phone.
Delivery/Shipping Policy
Shipping & Delivery: At this time, ProNeuro LLC ships merchandise to locations within the United States and ProNeuro LLC ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
International:
Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. ProNeuro LLC is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
