ProNeuro Light designs high quality LED (light emitting diode) devices that FDA cleared on file K101894.

Dependable and warranty

Only products that pass our strict quality standard are shipped. All products are manufactured with state-of-the-art
components and undergo testing and quality assurance checks prior to shipment. In the unlikely event a problem arises,
all products are backed by a 12 month warranty.

Guarantee

Our LED products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within THIRTY (30) days of purchase, shipping
excluded. This period allows people enough time to see a change or improvement with chronic (long term) problems.

Durable

All components used in our devices are of a premium quality. They have been chosen for reliability and are covered
by original manufacturer certification that each component meets the stated specification. Our devices are designed
to give years of trouble free service.

Research & Development

ProNeuro Light is dedicated to ongoing research across many disciplines through field trials and other controlled studies.
Several innovative designs are already in progress that will increase the range of features, ease of use and versatility.

We provide complimentary customer service support by phone or email. We are happy answer your questions regarding
the use of our devices. By law we are unable to provide any diagnosis or recommend any specific treatment for any disease

Repair

Help! My ProNeuro Light needs repair!

From time to time, your ProNeuro Light may malfunction or need repair. In most cases, simple repairs will be covered by
the costs shown below, however more severe problems may require higher repair cost.

To return your ProNeuro Light product for repair - please call us on (602) 663-4808 for support for your ProNeuro Light product.

Estimate of ProNeuro Light repair costs:

Pad repair/refresh (cable fault, some LEDs faulty, ratty looking pad top)
U2, U1, Sports or U2 Plus 132 $55
U2 Plus 264 pad or any boot pad $85

Controller:

Pro, U2, U1 Micro, MiniPro & Wand $50, very rarely a little more

Power supply replacement: $25 small (single pad systems), $55 large (multiple pad systems)

Freight costs:

Domestic: Flat $11 anywhere in the lower 48. HI, AK and PR extra.
Method: USPS Priority or UPS Ground depending on location

International: $35-$48 anywhere depending on country and shipment weight.
Method: USPS Global Priority Express
